These Terms govern your use of BOSTOP, a business management workspace for sales, inventory, orders and team operations (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BOSTOP.
You agree not to: use BOSTOP for unlawful activity; attempt to break, probe or overload the Service; access another business’s data; upload malicious code; resell or share your account access outside your business; or misuse the Service to deceive customers or evade taxes.
Owners decide what their staff can see and do. The owner is responsible for the actions of anyone they invite.
BOSTOP helps you record and calculate sales, stock and balances. These are tools to support your decisions; you remain responsible for your accounting, tax filings and legal compliance.
We work to keep BOSTOP available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve or remove features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.
You may stop using BOSTOP at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or remain unpaid. On request, we will help you obtain a copy of your data where reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BOSTOP is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use BOSTOP after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
